About Me

I’ve always loved solving puzzles — noticing patterns, connecting details, and seeing the bigger picture others might miss. Whether that’s through detective shows, solving escape rooms, or simply listening closely, I’m naturally drawn to uncovering clarity in the middle of complexity.

But more than puzzles, I love people.

Over the years, I’ve intentionally pushed myself out of my comfort zone to expand my viewpoint. Working as an ASL translator, learning Korean, and volunteering with underpopulated communities have all shaped the way I guide and encourage others.

Coaching became a natural progression because it brings together everything I value most:

Helping people gain clarity, recognize their strengths, and move forward with confidence.

I believe you are already capable, equipped, and whole — sometimes you just need someone to help you connect the dots or look at things in a different way.

Originally from Chicago and now based in Los Angeles, I’ve spent over a decade working in the Film and TV industry. That creative world taught me the power of storytelling, resilience, collaboration, and vision — lessons I now bring into my coaching practice.

Before coaching, I worked in hospitality, executive leadership support, and production — experiences that strengthened my ability to:

• Work with diverse personalities
• Stay steady in high-pressure situations
• Manage complex priorities
• See the bigger picture while honoring the details
